I recently completed the 21 day body blast program with Dawn. This was exactly what I needed to kick start my mind and body in to eating healthier and exercising more. I loved the program so much that I plan to continue working out with Dawn three times a week. I have worked out with Dawn for nearly ten years and I love that she can customize the work outs for me to ensure that I get the most benefit.

I completed Dawn's 21 Day Body Blast in the run up to Christmas with the hope of losing 7lbs. I have struggled to lose weight for years due to an underactive thyroid, and now the menopause! Dawn tailored the exercise sessions to my needs, I looked forward to the sessions each day. With Dawn's training and nutritional knowledge I am happy to say that I did lose the 7lbs! Dawn is encouraging and supportive and always available to answer any queries.

I started do Pilates with Dawn four years ago. Once she taught me the basics and that I was doing them slowly and breathing correctly she started to change up the sessions to challenge me a bit more each time. I have trained with Dawn for 7 years. She has prepared me for international fencing competitions, rehab from two knee surgeries, recovering from a snapped Achilles tendon, torn ligaments in my elbow.
