After a couple of years of training and not seeing the results I wanted, I decided to try out one of the DB fitness challenges. This gave me set weekly training and dietary plans. after years of attempting to "go it alone" I made one simple choice . ask for some help that's exactly what I did and dave was the ideal person for this . When I first started training with David I'd done quite a few charity sporting challenges, but I really struggled with staying motivated in between the events. This led to my fitness level and weight going up and down like a roller coaster and me never really progressing to where I wanted to be.
