My body improvement-journey started with Davis fitness. I’ve been training for the years by myself and didn’t have any result. The thing is that one class take a 45 min and you squeeze the maximum! Highly recommend to join this club. During one class is 3/4 people so you feel comfortable and happy surrounded by people with the same vibe ❤️

I have been so happy with the training ( and results!) at Davis Fitness and look forward to going every week. It’s a happy, friendly and relaxed place to train with great PT sessions and really enjoyable small group classes. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Davis fitness has really helped my son develop his fitness, strength and stamina which has really helped him develop his golf swing speed and significantly increased his distance off the tee. Josh’s professionalism, support and advice on nutrition has been extremely impressive.

Josh and the team at Davis fitness are great coaches. I’ve been training for years and carry a lot of injuries from history in sport - they’ve been great at managing this and helping me get back to as fit as I’ve ever been. On top of this they’re top people, the facility is great and the other members are good to train with at classes.
