I have really enjoyed working with David. The care he takes in everything he does provides such a warm and caring environment. I had dislocated my knee and went to David with the aim of strengthening it to prevent a reoccurrence. David made me feel safe in the knowledge that he was using a well informed approach to my rehab. I first went to David with chronic hip pain due to an imbalance in my alignment. He helped correct this with unusual but effective exercises that directly targeted my problem area! I now enjoy going to David for weekly strength training also!

I started with David as I'd strained my hip flexor. He did make me laugh with the various odd exercises he got me to do, but the bottom line is the hip flexor issue resolved! We also moved from "healing" type work to strengthening work, which I continue to enjoy with him. David is constantly changing things up, more weight more reps, new way to exercise a muscle, new ways to grow in strength. Great!

I first started working with David in a rehab capacity as I was experiencing painful shins when I walked. David worked with me to pin point the problem and created a really helpful exercise plan that was really beneficial. I no longer have pain in my shins when I walk. When I went to see David I was in chronic pain from a hip issue related to a previous pregnancy. Any exercise I tried to start resulted in injury and I felt defeated.
