  • I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions with Dave. He really listened to the original brief - get fit, get strong and get better at golf. He tailored a programme to do exactly that.   • This is the second block of training I have done with Dave. The first time was to help me navigate significant injury and allowed me to keep training. This time around has been equally as rewarding with significant strength gains in all areas.   • Feeling so lucky to have Dave as my personal trainer. I have been following Dave’s nutrition and fitness tips online for a while so decided to message him to try out his personal training sessions. With Dave’s guidance and expert fitness knowledge I got stronger and much more confident in the gym in just under 3 months.
