Excellent staff and amazing facilities.

Only attended as a competitor, for judo it's an absolutely without ANY reservarion great purpose built two mat area, great facilities pretty good viewing area with, I thought plenty of seating, as it's a gallery it's a bit further away (distance to the competition) than some places and the policy 're going into the hall was a bit odd but staff v friendly and welcoming. My experience and , i would say all who were there for the judo " help for heros" competion, was v v positive

Came here as a spectator to a martial arts event. Have to say I am absolutely appalled by how the staff treated some people. There are extremely rude managers who clearly have no idea of basic etiquette or visitor experience, who have ruined what was meant to be a fun and exciting day for many. I will not be coming back here, as I am disgusted with the treatment of the staff, and quite frankly do not want to be in an environment where such disrespect is apparently okay and the norm. Been coming here to watch my son on and off... this weekend was great... well run, parking is a game of 1st come 1st served... Need planning for a multi storey and more spectator seating with some leg room...other than that, a great welcoming friendly atmosphere

Only attended for competitions. There is not a huge amount of parking, additional is 5 min walk away. Staff are helpful and friendly. The worst thing about this venue is the lack of aircon with the only seating for spectators at the top of the building with one way out, meaning you have to squeeze past everyone to get out each time you want a drink/toilet. I'm not sure you would be able to access the top spectator level comfortably, and still see, if you are disabled,elderly or unstable on y...
