My first pilates class, and despite my lack of coordination, I really enjoyed it. Bridie took the time to guide me when I was lost as to whether I should be putting my left or right foot on the left or right side of the mat and so on, lol! I loved that there were 2 or 3 options for each stretch, depending on ability. Some aspects were familiar from doing yoga. I might ache tomorrow, but it will be in a good way :-)

I have been training with Bridie for a few years now and I really enjoy it. The privacy of the studio in the countryside location is great. 1-2-1 training sessions are different every time and planned to take into consideration what I enjoy doing. The empowered women class is something I look forward to every session and with it being a small group, it feels very focussed. The other ladies in the class are lovely too. Highly recommend trying Darcy Fitness out.

I do strength and core fitness on a zoom group with Bridie , i am really grateful to her for her articulate and engaging classes online , even in the small space i have at home i can train with a group and benefit from expert guidance and also enjoy the banter too .. love it ...

Over the last two years, Bridie has been working with me on my running fitness. She does all the training plans and running specific exercises for me, which I then follow. Now with COVID, Bridie has delivered her services to me virtually using Zoom, which is great. It means I can carry on exercising at home without needing to go to her studio gym near Loughborough.
