He is a holistic trainer, not just focusing on physical goals but also coaching you through positive self-talk, and getting over hurdles whilst also being kind to yourself. The trainings with Daniel are amazing. I always wanted to work on strength especially of the core and not long after starting I can already feel the results. Thank you so much. Your good energy is always uplifting. And the nutritions tips are simple and totally doable. Healthy and delicious. It doesn’t get any better than that. Can’t recommend more. Start today. It will be one of best decisions you have made towards your well being physically and mentally.

Dan is a really good PT. He has a wide ranging skill set including yoga, cardio and functional strength with a focus on good nutrition. Sessions are always fun and enthusiastic and he is always punctual and friendly. Would recommend.

Dan has been my PT for 4 months now. This is the best I felt for years. I never realised that I could feel this good. This is because, as well working on my fitness, he also pushes me mentally and helped with my diet. I can honestly say that my diet has never been so consistently good. The sessions are varied and never boring. Everything is about incremental changes rather big changes. I really looking forward to carrying on this journey with Dan, and to see how far I can go…

Daniel has been a breath of fresh air working with his has helped me enormously in terms of diet, exercise, weight loss, strength and flexibility and I’ve noticed the difference in my mental health too. As someone who has never worked with a trainer before I was daunted initially but Daniel’s approach is very accessible. I think he has a good sense of how far to push you to deliver results while keeping the sessions positive and enjoyable. Highly recommend !
