I paid for a complete training package up front through Dan (training, nutrition and group support). However, the experience I received was far from the one that was promised. It seemed as if Dan had only just set up his training network. There was a lack of communication between all parties (Dan outsourced the training and nutrition) and this led to a completely disjointed approach. Even though I know what I’m doing at the gym, I’ve always struggled to maintain motivation and consistency. Dan has kept me accountable and on track and for the first time I’m actually seeing real results. Who knows the science behind it but just as important he knows the winning mindset you need to get results. 🙌🏻

I would highly recommend Dan to anyone wanting to achieve their fitness goals from Weight loss to muscle gain. Being a qualified Physiotherapist and in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years I have worked with many personal trainers. Dan is at the top of his game and the results he had achieved with his clients speak for themselves.

Dan is the best personal trainer that I've ever had. He pushes me to achieve my max and more, as well as motivates me to continue and to work harder. Training with Dan also helped me mentally during my final year, writing my dissertation. I guess he kept me sane, and I ended up with a double distinction, whilst staying lean and getting stronger. I highly recommend him.

Daniel was my first ever trainer and is the person I have to thank for my love and passion of the gym 5 years on. The changes I achieved both physically and mentally have been substantial and I continue to progress year by year. My main focus was to tone and I have far surpassed my own expectations. Despite training for long enough now to know my way around the gym the motivation I receive through training with Dan is second to none.
