I started sessions with Dan about a year ago to help with weakness and mobility issues caused by a health condition. Daniel is one of the best personal trainers I have had. He helped me gain confidence and strength post pregnancy. I am not the exercising type but I was so excited for our sessions just cos Daniel made it feel all easy. He caters and adapts to you individually and really helps you achieve your goal. Would 100% recommend to everyone.
