  • I would highly recommend Dan if anyone is looking for a PT. He's super friendly, approachable and patient (and puts up with my complaining!). Before starting training with him, I really had no idea what I was doing within the gym, and never felt very confident in going by myself. Since I started training with Dan, he has helped me become so much more confident whilst in the gym and has taught me a lot about technique and nutrition. The only thing I regret is not starting training with him ear...

  • I would highly recommend Dan if you’re considering a PT. He is very approachable, friendly and accommodating. I wanted a weekly plan I could follow myself, and have a PT session every 4 weeks or so to check my technique was okay and to receive any guidance. Dan was able to offer me just that. He gives you access to a really handy app which lists your workouts and the exercises for each session that he sets you. There’s a short clip for each one to demonstrate the exercise should you need it....

  • Dan is a fantastic PT. We started training in February and I'm loving the results. Dan has extensive fitness and nutrition knowledge and if he doesn't know the answer to your question, he'll look it up for you no problem. Not only is Dan very knowledgeable, he's really personable too. I always look forward to our sessions and would highly recommend Dan to anyone serious about taking their fitness and training to the next level.
