Worked with Dani over the past 7 months and have been feeling stronger, more confident, and generally like a much better version of myself. She took care of creating a personalised program and made it super easy to check in during the week. Also a super lovely person who is easy to get along with - totally recommend Dani for anyone looking to take their fitness journey seriously!

If you are looking to either start on the fitness journey or need some direction Dani Is the PT of choice. Dani is very patient and explaining comes easy to her making each exercise easy to learn the way to suit you. Since employing Dani my form and confidence has improved massively so look no further - Dani is one of the best professionals in the fitness business.

By far the best Personal Trainer I have ever used. Dani is exceptionally knowledgable, providing theory to her program setting allowing you to really understand why you are being asked to move in a certain way which I feel, really helps you with when it comes to perfecting your form. I have been having PT sessions with Dani for a couple of months now and am loving them! Dani is always so friendly, encouraging and 100% focussed on you and your technique and progress in the sessions. She is so knowledgeable and great at explaining how to do things and adapting exercises to best suit my abilities and goals. I can now do a full press up already which took me totally by surprise! I've done classes with Dani for almost a year now. She's very knowledgeable, excellent at explaining what we are doing and will help you improve your technique. Dani's classes are always full of energy, and have some fun banter! Today I tried a PT session.
