A beautiful shop, well stocked, in a convenient location- the staff are excellent- patiently and expertly fitting my daughter with the perfect ballet shoes. We will be regular customers!

I have visited dance shops for 40+ years as this is by far the most unfriendly place I have ever been to purchase dance items. They were rude and didn't really want to serve us and moaned the whole time we were there. What should have been a positive experience for my daughter was really unpleasant and we will not be returning.

My first pointe shoe fitting, that is suppose to be an exciting time, was made into a negative experience. Staff were very rude to both myself and my mother, making smart comments throughout the fitting. Two years on, after being fitted multiple times at the boutique, I find out that I have been fitted wrong and that the shoes are actually damaging my feet. My foot width was not taken into consideration, and therefore my toes had been crunching and squashed for every pointe lesson and dance I...

Vast selection and sizes. However, staff could be more friendly, less pretentious and more accommodating to mummy's new to Dance. Be aware that they DO NOT do refunds only credit. Let's hope my toddler enjoys ballet!
