Really great class for both mums and babies. Mixture of Pilates, dancing (no dance experience required, I have two left feet) and a nice relaxation at the end. It’s a very fun and sociable class, and the babies all seem calm and happy in it watching everyone move around! A good way to start the week :)

I have been doing dance mums since my daughter was 4 months old and it's been such a positive and lovely bonding experience. I have met some lovely mums and Svetlana is such a positive and warm teacher. The class is very energising but also relaxing and it's so nice to feel like you are doing something for you and your baby as well as for yourself. Throughout my maternity leave, Dance Class has been the highlight of each week. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. No matter how I’m feeling or what challenges motherhood is presenting me,I know Dance Mums will meet me where I’m currently at and I will always be able to take what I need from the class (whether that’s a need to feel energised, or to stretch out, or just to vent my frustrations!) I attended the Monday morning class in St Werburghs. It was brilliant to start the week in such a positive way! Svetlana is a lovely, friendly person who makes everyone feel so welcome. The dance routines are fun, accompanied to great music. I enjoyed the yoga style stretching at the start and mindfulness and cup of tea at the end - a great chance to meet other mums. My son's interest in dance developed at these lessons, despite him being only 5 months old at the time.

Svetlana’s DanceMums classes were a huge part of my maternity leave. Having someone listen to you how you’re feeling physically and emotionally and make you get up and move it, despite having an hours sleep, and then make you a cuppa after it all has been priceless. I could not recommend these classes enough. I’m also loving how this amazing ball of energy has translated her classes online. Showing up to them in lockdown has been a huge help. Join in, you won’t be sorry.
