Dance Hq Colchester

Wonderful! Some dance schools claim to be a family but this really is like that. The quality of the dancing is superb, the shows are beautiful and the staff are lovely. This the 5th dance school my daughters have been to (over a 11 years) and this is by far the best. The children leave as dancers rather than children trying dance.

The best dance school. I attended the school from 3-20 years old and couldn’t have asked for a better dance school. It has a real sense of family and is about more than just dancing. The school taught me discipline, friendship and gave me so much confidence within my time there. The teaching is great and caters to all abilities, with yearly shows which are the highlight. Highly recommend 🌟🌟

My daughter recently had her birthday party at Dance HQ and both her and her friends had a fantastic time. They were really proud to perform the dance routine that they learned during the party (taught by a lovely and extremely patient teacher!) and we got several comments from parents about how nice it had been to see the girls do something a bit different from the party norm. Highly recommend 🙂

Both my daughters have attended Dance HQ for many years. They have a range of classes so there is something for everyone. Apart from the fact they enjoy the buzz dance gives them they have made friendships which will last a lifetime. The team work involved build bonds, helps them to support and encourage each other and teaches them to keep trying and not to give up. My daughter has been attending on Saturday mornings for the last few weeks. She absolutely loves the place! Great teachers, very professional, good location , brilliant facilities and plenty of parking. Best dance school in Colchester! Highly recommend them.
