I took my daughter to start a new term. When we arrived I informed the lady taking payment that mum would be there in an hour to pay the money for the entire term. I was then told "no pay no play!" And that we should sit on the side and wait until payment was made. My daughter was left devastated! Very poor customer service with an un empathetic attitude to a little girls favourite time of the week! I will be taking my daughter to a more friendly environment
