  • I can highly recommend Dan as a professional, reliable, caring and knowledgeable PT. I started training with Dan in February 2020 to improve strength post menopause, and find at 58 I’m now probably stronger than ever. Dan’s attention to detail has enabled me the kind of results I haven’t achieved working out on my own. He is motivational and holistic in his approach and I consider our partnership part of my current and future well-being. So pleased Dan was recommended to me.

  • Dan is a really professional, considerate and effective PT. As someone with a limiting health condition, gyms can be a scary place, but Dan has always pushed me to meet my goals without making me feel like a failure when we have to take it easy. My attitude to personal training has totally changed and I feel such a sense of achievement after each of our sessions!

  • Been training with Dan for about a year. He’s helped me massively with the many injuries I’ve acquired and knows how to alleviate/ work around them. Not just a good trainer but also a good listener. He has helped me on days where I’m lacking in confidence or stressed. Highly recommend.

  • I've been going to Dan now for around 3 months having suffered various accidents/injuries and needing to strengthen and regain balance and confidence. Dan has been incredibly patient and has helped me to get back on my feet!! I now go to his bootcamps which are great fun and designed so that you can do it at your own pace so never any pressure. Can't recommend Dan highly enough!
