Dan is an excellent trainer, he’s personable, knowledgeable and highly approachable. He will offer any advice, is able to tailor a programme to your needs and he although he pushes you the session aims are achievable with progress being the aim. He doesn’t make false promises, but tells you what is achievable and how to do it...the rest is down to you. Highly recommended.

Since the first day of training with Dan all sessions have been great. They are challenging, fun and not repetitive so things are kept interesting. During my first year training, I feel I have made huge amounts of progress. My strength has improved massively and I have also seen a decent amount of muscle that has been built .
