Dan helped me to recover from a longstanding back injury and put a training programme together which would stop reoccurrence. He's been superb and last year I ran my first ever half marathon - something I couldn't have contemplated without his help and expertise. I couldn't recommend Dan highly enough.

I’ve known Dan for about 10years and he’s completely changed how I view fitness. Dan first “came to my rescue” after I signed up to a gym and hadn’t a clue where to begin. I’ve seen Dan every week for Almost 6 years. I started for a short course of stability exercise after back surgery. He was so knowledgable and supportive I stayed. If you have ever considered your posture is not perfect a few sessions with Dan will change everything. Thanks Dan
