Thoroughly enjoy PT sessions with Dalton. He’s a great communicator with in-depth technical knowledge. I’ve progressed well over a short period of time and will continue my sessions with Dalton. Would recommend 👍🏼

Dalton went above and beyond to help me make a routine that kept me exercising when travelling for work. And gave constant communication and encouragement! Would recommend to anyone trying to start out and is looking for judgement free advice and training.

Daltons training sessions are fantastic. I have only done group sessions with him, however he still makes sure every single person in the class is looked after, making sure everyone is using the correct form, working at their hardest and pushing themselves! He has helped me massively with my squatting technique so I can get a deeper squat without any knee pain and over the past 2 months I’ve increased strength and form with his help. Dalton has taught me so much about lifting the correct way. Helped me with the right technique so I am lifting with no pain. He is very enthusiastic in his coaching always pushing me to be the best I can be. in ever training session I have had with him with any training we have done from lifting to cardio and strength training the session have been brilliant . Also he has given me great advice about nutrition. Highly recommended to anyone!!!!

Dalton is one of the most knowledgeable coaches I have ever worked with. He’s not just your basic fat loss coach. He works with you, on your goals wether that is getting fitter, getting bigger or just feeling better. His work as a coach speaks through his results, which you can see all over his Instagram, there are some truly incredible transformations on there. He also provides great content and advice through his social media which is awesome.
