I started my health journey with Dale a year ago, I’ve not just lost weight, my mental health has improved and my fitness is 100% better than it was a year ago, I highly recommend Dale as a personal trainer, he doesn’t just count reps/sets, he actually cares about your journey and mental well-being along with nutrition and he’ll help you achieve what you want, I’ll say anybody nervous about walking into a gym as I was terrified, he immediately put me at ease

Dale is the best PT that I have ever had. He is incredibly knowledgable and puts 100% effort into every session we have together. Since training with Dale I have gained considerable amounts of strength, balance and endurance but most importantly my confidence. If anyone is nervous about joining the gym, I could not recommend Dales NutriFitness enough. Thank you Dale, you really have changed my life for the better!!

Dale has been a fantastic personal trainer for both me and my wife. My wife has been with Dale for more than half a year before I joined and we now have a duo session once a week. Dale is a great motivator and even in our duo training session, manages to give us both his personal attention. I have been training with dale for over a year and a half now and it has had a very positive impact on my life. Each session is tailor made to help you achieve your personal goals while still being fun and enjoyable.
