Previously had good experience but never again.

Tried to order an anode at £17.57 which weighed only 220g. On processing the order I was going to be charged £20 due to the item being weight based. I phoned to see if the item could be shipped Royal Mail as that would have been £1.50 £3.00 depending on the service. I was told that this is the cost, as we ship with couriers and nothing else could be done to reduce the shipping costs.
