I approached Daniell in the gym because I could see from the way he was training other people that he is really attentive and also seemed to work very well with people who were clearly looking to lose weight. Dan is a fantasic PT. He has really helped me to increase my confidence in the gym, understand how to improve my diet and is great for a good chat while you train 💪🏻 I would highly recommend booking a session and seeing the changes he’ll help you to make.

I have been training with Daniell now for a month. He is a great motivator and understands how to cater well to client needs including specific goals that you may have and being very flexible in arranging sessions if you have a busy schedule. Daniell has a great understanding of different muscle groups, and is able to keep you focused. It is also handy that he keeps a track of your workouts in his notebook, which is very useful as we can push harder in subsequent sessions. I couldn't recommen...

I've been working with Daniell for about 2 months now. He's great at talking to you and listening what you want to achieve. He then plans out something that fits with your ability and time commitments, pushing you to keep at it. Actively encouraging to get the best out of you. There is regular communication and suggestions of other exercises to do and meal ideas. I have been training for around 2 months with Daniel and he is fab. Being able to train in my own home is amazing. We always do a wide variety of exercises that are perfectly tailored to my needs - you don't need a gym. All the equipment required, Daniel brings with him. This really is a bespoke service and I am delighted to be able to train with Daniel.
