Dee is a brilliant PT and it's always a pleasure to train with her. She has helped me get back into fitness and after having 2 children. I had a very low level of fitness when we started but she put me at ease straight away. She strikes the perfect balance between pushing my boundaries and working at my pace. I look forward to my sessions which is a breakthrough as someone who always considered exercise a chore. I have definitely made great progress and would highly recommend her!

I started with Dee just before lockdown and we kept up our 2 sessions per week throughout all lockdowns. The return to the gym was seamless and I felt and still feel well protected and safe. This gym is spotless. As a full time single parent of two I can't thank Dee enough for her flexibility and changing sessions at the last minute. Dee is a fantastic PT who is 100% committed to getting the best results for her clients. I always look forward to my sessions. They are varied and fun combining strength and cardio. I have seen improvements in my strength and overall fitness and they have given me the confidence to keep pushing forwards. She also runs fantastic spin classes - high energy pushing everyone to work on their own personal goals whilst working out in a fun team session. Highly recommend giving them a go.

Dee is an excellent, motivational trainer. Her energy is infectious & helps me to keep going on the toughest days. My strength & energy has increased with her help & support. Dee understands building a regime to suit the individual & that’s such an important skill. Love training with her!

I came to Purity originally looking for a gym to workout a few times a week because I wanted to lose weight and improve my fitness now its part of my lifestyle. Dee has had a big part of the journey I have been on and can't thank her enough. After having a consultation with Dee and coming down to see the gym I opted for a PT package and would see how it went with the option to change things if I needed later on.
