  • I used Dougie for personal training, he was very professional. I was able to gain great results after only a short period of time. He was very motivational and encouraging. He always held me accountable which pushed me to get the results I wanted. I was very anxious about starting and he put me at ease, he was accomodating, friendly and very welcoming.

Helped me step by step all the way. He is very patient, knowledgable and very easy to speak to. After working with Dougie I can now say I’m happy with how I look and how I feel mentally.
