Just what I needed to take my workouts up a level, my routine had become stale and pedestrian. Discussed with Dan.. he listened to exactly what I needed and wanted to achieve.. we then spent three months with a weekly workout where he reinvented and introduced a new tailored strength and conditioning workout that I could then move forward with myself. Dan has always been an amazing PT. I always struggled with my weight and this only ever changed when working with Dan, I became the best shape Id ever been while having a laugh at the same time. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone!

Dan is an excellent personal trainer. He is highly motivated, professional, friendly and approachable making training fun, purposeful and effective. He always adopts a personal approach listening to and taking into account my individual needs in setting realistic, achievable goals. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Dan has been very professional and always make sure I am comfortable with the exercise (as I have abdominal separation from pregnancy). We started off gradually with realistic goals and now the exercises are getting more challenging which I really enjoy. I can feel my core strength is improving and I don't get backache anymore. Dan is also organized and always messages me a day before to confirm the session. I would highly recommend Dan if you are looking for a personal trainer!
