In December 19, I brought tickets to the D&AD exhibition, not knowing that a covid pandemic was going to cancel the 2020 event. After D&AD announced that the event would be cancelled, they said they would refund. So, I contacted them several times, asking about the refund that never happened, and now it is 2 years later. Disappointed. Terrible customer service / admin.

I left Brazil to spend a month with D&AD that I already suspected would be an amazing experience, but it was better than I could imagine. All the staff are very welcoming, we had tea all day, great lectures, great apprentices and friends from all over the world. Thank you people! And go try and earn your pencil to participate in it, really!

This is a great hub for creatives no matter where they are in their careers! I joined the D&AD family as part of New Blood Academy, a course full of workshops, lectures, and special guided visits, giving access to the industry's best. Great organization, content and network. Thanks again!

D&AD single-handedly launched my creative career. Not only that, but everyone who works for D&AD truly believes in its values AND in the people they mentor listening to them as much as they teach them. It's a wonderful environment to be in and I've made friendships here that will last a lifetime.

I was here for the DandAD 2016 festival on creativity and innovation in design and advertisement. I experienced the space in his event venue identity. Large, well equipped and lively. Close to basically anything you could need from bars to restaurant, cool Street art and supermarkets and so on.
