  • Really look forward to group training with Caroline. She is so approachable and always happy to help you. I can really feel my body changing with so many different exercises targeting my problem areas! Class is a lot of fun with some lovely ladies too x

During sessions she is patient, flexible and always gives suggestions as to how you can improve your technique. Definitely recommend to others.
