I have now attended both the Level 2 and Level 3 course, both were excellent. Quality instruction, with a fully equipped work station for each student and a wide range of bikes and components to work on. Also a great place to ride in the evenings (both ride and MTB) - but bring your climbing legs!

I can highly recommend the L2 course. It was great to enhance and build confidence in existing skills and to start to develop a range of others - fantastic to learn how to lace, tension and true a wheel. The instruction from Chris and Ben was engaging, clear and enthusiastic. Both really know their stuff and I learnt a lot over the two weeks. I feel much more confident in undertaking maintenance and repair jobs and am keen to do L3 next year. Thanks guys!

I really enjoyed my 2 weeks on the Level 2 course, under the guidance of Ben and Chris. There was a wide range of prior experience and confidence levels among the students in my cohort and our instructors tried to ensure that the content was accessible to all. I would love to be doing the Level 3 to broaden my skillset further.

Having recently completed the L2 qualification with CSA, I can honestly say that my personal experience has been a positive one. I did, however, come to the course with an engineering background which helped massively. The tools and workshop equipment supplied are very good and the breadth of knowledge from the instructors (Ben & Chris) was evident. If you want a broader knowledge of modern cycle equipment, you will need to complete both the L2 & L3 courses. Thanks Guys 👍

Just completed Level 2 Course - very useful with wide variety of topics covered. Ben is a very experienced bike mechanic and able to impart knowledge in clear and concise way. Some great tips for my own maintenance and I have learnt the art of bike whispering to some degree
