I asked Andy to help me get fitter and stronger as I knew I needed the breadth of knowledge he possesses on all the different exercises out there and how to put them together to create a well-rounded, all encompassing work out. All I can say is a massive thank you! I have only started cycling since September 2022 and I quickly noticed that I was struggling up hills and getting any sort of rhythm or momentum going. 5 weeks into the programme, I am enjoying the challenges, across the board the muscle groups have certainly more definition and strength and to top it off the core is much more solid. I am a regular cyclist but I was struggling regaining my fitness due to an ongoing back injury. I contacted Andy at Cycle Strength to discuss how he could help me and he suggested I sign up for a six week bodyweight strength course to help me regain my strength, whilst avoiding further injury. I asked for Andy's help after suffering back pain and often falling just short in challenges. We had a meeting a discussed what needed to be worked on in my fitness and cycling to be successful in my goals and challenges.
