Recently had my 1 year old Ribble bike serviced. I dealt with Gaz, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He picked up on the issues I knew I had, highlighted a couple that I wasn't aware of, and suggested the most appropriate level of service. Could not be happier with the service from Gary at Clydeform. Took my sons bike in with chain and gears issues. Dropped the bike off in the morning and the bike was fixed and serviced the same day.
