  • I did not play the course at the time Google saw me there because I was having a walk around it using the adjacent beach and walking paths....however, the course looked in decent condition for mid February and those people playing were using the main greens with not a winter green in sight. The grass is in surprisingly good condition for the time of year and the greens looked OK. The club is doing some major ground works at the far end of the course up beside the cliffs and a protective road ...

  • Stopped to walk the dogs along the coast.Theres a burger van there which serves rolls with various hot fillings also has culken skink if you fancy it.Its a bit pricey but the food is good.Cullen is a beautiful village to visit, a must see if you are in the area

  • This is not actually the golf club Ggogle just thinks it is but is Cullen Beach at about 06:30 when I was out walking on the beach. The beach is a good walk mostly flat and the light at that time in the morning is great for photography, the air is cool and clear, the walk certainly clears the head and works off one of the Cullen Bay Hotels excellent diners.

  • I have just played one of the best courses I have had the pleasure to have played. This “Quirky” Links Course was in wonderful condition and I even managed to avoid the forecast heavy rain. Teeing off at 11am, I had a warm welcome upon arrival. The course is just over 4,000 yards and is in very good condition as I earlier stated. The local scenery is lovely and is picturesque, with a costal view second to none. The course has some of the most unusual and interesting holes I have ever played. ...
