Ctrl Alt Delete It

PC was all sorts of broken just before Christmas so took it to Ctrl Alt Delete who immediately diagnosed a problem with the hard drive, repaired it with the secondary one that was already in the computer and returned within a few days for next-to-nothing in terms of cost.
