A visit to a personal trainer such as CS Training gives you more than a simple work-out. I have arthritis in my knee: that is why going to a personal trainer is important for me. Where do I begin? Carole is absolutely fantastic. Not only is she a brilliant personal trainer who is knowledgeable and highly skilled in what she does. She has also provided me with a safe and supportive space to train and exercise in comfort. I am able to bring my children along when I don't have child care. Carol helped me get my core stronger since I joined her. I used to have a terrible lower back pain which is completely taken care of by working out with her. I am on my journey to a slimmer and younger me, all thanks to Carol, she identifies which training suits my requirements better and trains me accordingly. That helped a lot as I was unable to do squats before but now I have improved a lot and my posture has improved a lot too.

Carol’s workouts are fun and challenging to support my weight loss goals. My weightlifting progress and core strength has seen a significant improvement in my lower back issues.
