About Croydon Metropolitan College
Croydon Metropolitan College (CMC) was founded in 2000 by Mr P Mohan with over thirty years of experience in education. Mr Mohan’s mission was to establish a College that would not allow its students to drift through their most formative years but would work tirelessly to ensure that they achieved their full Academic potential. Having started out as a tuition centre offering evening classes, CMC quickly grew into a fully-fledged college and by 2003 it was offering GCSE and A-Level courses to full-time students. This rapid development was a testament to the excellent standard of teaching at CMC and its unwavering commitment to the success of its students. CMC is now a DfE approved independent college with an intake comprised of both local and international students. It has a proud record of sending its students to the UK’s most prestigious universities, including Oxford, Imperial College, UCL, King’s College, Warwick, Leeds and York.
