  • The CrossFit sessions here are limited to very small numbers in each class which is excellent; the instructors always take care that you're doing the exercises correctly, and adapt any exercise to the needs of each individual. The atmosphere is endlessly encouraging and is brilliant for both experienced CrossFitters, and complete beginners...like me!

  • Having never done CrossFit before and also little activity in general for a while, I was a bit apprehensive about starting. I shouldn't have been! The trainers and members at CrossFIt Shropshire are so welcoming and encouraging. I'm loving the experience and only wish I had enough time to go more times each week!

  • Possibly THE best gym in Shropshire. Small, personable, and incredibly welcoming. The classes are kept to small numbers to ensure the coaches can give us their best training and advice. The workouts are fun, and always adapted to each member, to be accessible to all. The community is sociable and supportive, with a great team spirit. They offer P.T, sports massage, nutritional support and functional fitness to give the whole package. And not one mirror in sight!

  • Joined here a while ago having been going to the gym for years and feeling a bit bored. My wife introduced me to Crossfit Shropshire. It's been great. Takes away the hassle of exercise plan as it's done and it's a group exercise so it's more encouraging and motivating. I do enjoy it and you get an overall workout.
