RS3 is by far the most enjoyable gym I've been a member at. Sam, Rich & Rich are all so welcoming as well as all of the members. The workouts are great and suitable for all abilities and it's amazing how quickly you can progress with the right help and encouragement. 1 year since I stared and I wouldn't be without my morning cross fit class now!

The friendliest coaches & the best CrossFit gym. The workouts are always different and challenging but you’ll always leave feeling better! You’ll get great advice and coaching from the coaches in classes and they’re always happy to help. They’re always looking for feedback to improve & make it a better place for everyone so everyone feels included. It pushes you so much more than you would do by yourself & really helps build up your confidence.

Great place to start or continue your fitness journey. Caters for everyone, members of all ages, disabilities and injuries, pregnant and more. Friendly welcoming gym where people help and encourage each other to reach their potential.

They’re always there to make sure we are doing the movements correctly, offering options to scale so we can build upon them. They’re constantl...

This is my Happy Place! My husband and I joined two years ago, as I wanted to get fitter, but nervous about joining a gym on my own. We settled on CrossFit, as it offers both weights, cardio and gymnastics. Which seemed a little of everything which suited us both. From the initial phone call, all the coaches are really friendly, and put you at ease straight away. Not forgetting Buddy (the boxer dog), who is always up for some fuss, of a game of tug of war!. The classes are well orchestrated ...
