  • Joined in late February this year and have loved every minute. Work outs are great,facilities are brilliant and coaches are amazing. There is a great community spirit at the club with everyone supporting each other. Dont be put off if you dont think youre strong or tough enough, they cater for all abilities and ages, you will be surprised how much youll improve. Cant recommend enough.

  • Great CrossFit gym in a welcoming environment. I recently joined and I’m a novice, I was able to join all activities and coaches are very helpful. The ratios are also good and enable space to learn the skills, explaining scaling options and lots of encouragement! Highly recommended!!

  • I just started at CrossFit Chiltern recently having looked around for a new place to exercise. I was a little intimidated to start but having completed the foundation course, I was able to join in the classes. The coaches and other members have all been incredibly welcoming and encouraging and in each class you can scale the excercise to suit your ability.   • I joined CF Chiltern about 6 weeks ago and I’m loving it! I knew nobody here and I’m a total newbie, no sports background. I was terrified to begin with but from the very first conversation with Jeremy and through all the induction classes I realised there’s nothing scary about it. Everything is scalable, everyone is so friendly and helpful and everyone has a sense of humour. My mornings are now so much fun I couldn’t imagine not doing it!   • Highly supportive community built around instructed weight training and cardio sessions. There are about 8 people in each session so the trainers are able to give in-depth tuition and the other members are very friendly and supportive. I'd highly recommend trying 2 week the on-ramp course and you'll be hooked!
