Fantastically run Gym. Open 24/7 365 days a year. Excellent gym that caters for all! Plenty free weights, benches, bars and plates. Lots of cardio equipment from treadmills, Cross trainers and airbike! Dana and Todd very outgoing and extremely knowledgeable. Both have excellent rapport with users of the gym. Amazing gym with the most incredible caring staff. Personally have never been to a better community gym of which were so welcoming to me when I joined. Instantly making me feel part of the family this place really has created. I couldn't be happier being a part of what they have created.

I love this gym. It’s a great place to train. Everyone is very welcoming and courteous and I always feel safe and comfortable even when I train on my own. The staff are very helpful and supportive and no one is intrusive. There is alot of Support in this gym from staff and gym Users, but you can also train without distractions. Wouldn’t go anywhere else , I feel very comfortable working out in this gym and the team are very approachable if I have any queries. The gym is cleaned daily, and there is plenty of equipment to use. Dana and the team are very welcoming and are always on hand should you need them.

Best gym I have been to, Friendly helpful atmosphere, always feel completely comfortable working out here, good range of equipment and the personal trainers are fantastic, Dana in particular has helped me so much with programmes, correcting my form and also sports massage - Super reasonably priced for the level of support you receive.
