I struggle with phone calls and although their replies via email was quick, they did not want to answer questions and kept asking me to call. Because of this we looked elsewhere.

I am on the follow on puppy training class. I highly recommend them steve and now Michael are trustworthy professionals. With each class I am building a stronger relationship with my K9 companion.

Can't say I'm happy with my experience, had 1 session booked with my puppy. I was given 20 minutes and sent on my way. Not happy with the use of choke collar. Seems as though they are not interested in helping your dog. Booked again for help with my dog, I turned up but no one was there to take the session. Poor experience overall

Steve and Michael Stokes, not forgetting Vivienne who does all the admin and books us in, are all fabulous. They made us and our puppy welcome, and gave us one to one training even though we were part of a class of about 14. Our puppy can not sit, stay, come on recall (he even does this outside in the middle of a park with loads of distractions). Walks o the lead perfectly. Both Steve and Michael gave us practical advice on how to help Shadow as he was quite a nervous puppy. Their training ...

We found Steve and his team training great. Our GSD puppy was able to walk off the lead, recall, stay and obey my commands within 6 week. I still use Steve's training methods in my daily routine on our walks now that my GSD is an adult.
