  • I've been going a year now, and the experience has been great - feel fitter than I have for years, lost weight, and met some great people. Would strongly recommend CFT for anyone of any age and any fitness level - Greg and Hollie encourage you and are really good trainers, and the group are really friendly. A great experience and strongly recommended.

  • I have been going to Critical Fitness Training for over two years. It is EXCELLENT and I thoroughly recommend it to all. Greg is always enthusiastic, very motivating, even early in the morning. Every single time I go we have had a different mix of exercises to do in the gym or outside. That makes it interesting. I started with one session a week but enjoyed it so much have increased to 3 a week and have seen noticeable difference in fitness, energy levels and weight. Classes are always fun and Greg is careful ensure everyone works to their own fitness levels but pushes you that little bit more than your mind thinks possible.
