The charlty is an absolute lifeline and all the staff and volunteers are warm, caring, non judgemental, empathic and knowledgeable. The groups they offer such as music & art therapy think outside the box and have personally helped me much more than traditional therapies. There really is something for everyone. I would highly recommend the charity to anyone struggling with their mental health.

The staff are all truly lovely, and they understand depression so well. i have recieved plenty of support from them in the month l have been attending. Excellent activities and absolutley no pressure at all to turn up if you are unable to. Very relaxed atmosphere. A safe haven. Lots of encouragement and support from both staff and people who go there, definitely recommend, great to be with people who are going through the same and who UNDERSTAND.

This place is fantastic. It's staff run courses in many subjects to help anyone with mental health issues. Lots of arts and crafts and social times. Even lunches on Mon, Wed and Fri plus a social evening on Saturday.
