  • I would recommend Craig to anyone looking for a personal trainer. He has great knowledge, employing tried and tested methods with variation so that you won't get bored with the usual gym routines.

  • Craig is a truly excellent trainer and is the best I have come across in the 30 years I have been working out! He is the perfect combination of tough ("Craig, you are going to KILL me with these squats!") and warm ("Brian, you smashed it), and he works with the whole person -- mentally, emotionally and physically.   • Craig is not your average PT, his subtle approach is anything other than intimidating while managing to push you to limits you never knew you had. He's a pleasure to work with and very personable. In addition, he has many tips on nutrition. overall, 10 out of 10.

  • Sessions with Craig are demanding but I always leave with a smile. I like the variety and the fact that he works around any particular injuries or aches I might have - he listens. He clearly knows what he is doing and every exercise is explained in terms of what it is designed to do. He makes you work hard but does it with good humour and a smile on his face. I couldn't enjoy the sessions more.
