I'm a keen cyclist and was looking to build up my core strength to compliment and support my training and ultimately improve on my race performances. I have been going along to one of the the 6am slots, once a week. Straight away I was welcomed by Carla and fully inducted and welcomed by the others in the group. I started with Carla around 1 year ago and on my first few sessions Carla was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about what exercises i could do after having my two children. I look forward to my weekly session and i feel my fitness has greatly improved. If i ever couldnt made a session Carla has fitted me in at another time during the week so i would not miss out. I would highly recommend 😊.

I joined CPR fitness after having my first son and trained with them through my second pregnancy and after. I wanted a gym that I could exercise safely after having two c sections. Carla and Pete definately know their stuff. I have felt confident training whilst pregnant and post c section. Their fitness class cater for all levels of fitness and taylored to what you want out of it. Would highly recommend.
