Safe Space Consultancy offers Bespoke Consultancy and CPD Accredited Training Seminars on the Impact of Domestic Abuse and Stalking in the Workplace.  We can support employers to ensure their workplace is a 'Safe Space to Work' through on-line or in-person training seminars.  Employers, HR Managers and Supervisors will learn about the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 including the statutory guidelines for employers and  * How to Recognise Domestic Abuse * How to Support an Employee * Reducing Risk to Individual and Organisation *Implementing Domestic Abuse, Stalking and Perpetrator Policies *Sexual Harassment in the Workplace  *Bullying and Harassment. We can train individual members of staff to become a Safe Space to Talk Advocate.
