In this fun, festive workshop you’ll create up to 6 unique hanging decorations. We will demonstrate and guide you through the basic skills of glass fusing. 

This workshop is suitable for complete beginners or perfect if you’ve enjoyed one of our previous fused glass workshops. There’s no glass cutting or previous skill necessary. 

Beginning with a blank shape, you’ll have the opportunity to create your own designs using a selection of accessory glass, including frit, stringers, glass dots and enamels. 

Your colourful creations will be fired in the glass kiln, ready to collect from the studio in time for the festive season. 

All of the materials and kiln firing are included. Extra pieces maybe made on the day at an extra cost of £2.50 each, time permitting.

This day is suitable for complete beginners, you don&#39;t need to have had any prior experience of this craft. Come and join us at this beautifully tranquil venue in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. You are guaranteed a warm welcome to the cozy butterfly barn. During the course of the day you will produce an average of at least 5 pieces of glass- these could be items of jewellery, candle holders, sun-catchers, a collection of Christmas decorations or a unique coaster for that perfect cuppa. For the price you receive tuition to support you at your own pace, use of equipment and materials, up to three firings, once fired your work will have any findings, ribbons, stands added for you and will be carefully packaged up and posted to you anywhere in the Uk. There will be a supply of hot and cold drinks, sweet treats&nbsp;included but please bring yourself a packed lunch. This workshop has been run for birthday celebrations in the past. It would be a really fun way to attend as part of a hen party ( you could create some beautiful, personalised wedding favours or table decorations) or just a lovely get-together with friends and family to share a truly memorable and inspiring day.Helen is a qualified teacher of Art with&nbsp;over 25 years teaching experience, her enthusiastic and supportive manner will ensure you realise your true creative potential.

Join us for a few fun-filled Festive hours making your very own bespoke Christmas Wreath for your home. &nbsp;We have 2 location easily accessible locations &nbsp;this year, both in Oxfordshire: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Didcot or Fardingdon&nbsp;What&#39;s unique about these workshops is that you will be making your eco-friendly wreath from scratch!
