I have been building my Complementary Therapy practice since 2005. Initially offering Reflexology and Reiki, and more recently I have added Sound Healing to my portfolio. I am also a qualified Soul Midwife, which is a holistic and spiritual companion to the dying, assisting people to make a gentle transition at the end of their life. Following some deeply profound personal experiences with death over the last 20 years I trained in 2017 with Felicity Warner, founder of the Soul Midwives School, Dorset. I am deeply honoured to be a mentor for newly qualified Soul Midwives in the Somerset & Bath And North East Somerset areas. I can help you to rest, relax and really give yourself the time and space you need to just BE. I heard a saying recently along the lines of ‘we are human beings, not human doings’ and that really resonates with me ….. so often we are so caught up in the minutiae of everyday life, it’s hard to stand back, take stock and just breathe. That’s where I can help you to reconnect to yourself and to assist you to get your mind, body, emotions and spirit back into balance. Our bodies are always striving for homeostasis, which is perfect balance, and through our work together I can support you in this. I always say, it’s not me doing the work, it’s you who do it, I am just guiding the way. With a gentle loving touch, the right amount of empathy and shed loads of empowerment I can support and guide you into a greater sense of health and wellbeing. I support clients with a wide range of varying lifestyles, conditions and needs. I treat you holistically, which means I see you as a whole person rather than a collection of symptoms. I am a fully qualified Reflexologist, Sound Healer and a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui tradition and lineage. I hold full membership of the Association of Reflexologists and I co-lead one of the Associations Area Groups for Reflexologists. I treat my therapy clients in a relaxed home environment and always give them quality time and focused attention. I treat as I find and am governed by my clients needs rather than the clock. My aim is to give each client the space to totally relax and unwind, allowing the body to heal itself. One of my absolute passions is supporting women along their fertility, conception and birth journey. Through my own struggles with fertility I have a deep understanding of the urgent yearning for a child and the frustrations and self-recrimination this can bring, not to mention the strain on your relationship. I offer a non-judgemental empathetic listening ear, I have tissues for when you feel low and I will cheer you on when you share your good news with me. I am a strong advocate for natural pregnancy, childbirth and parenting but I would never push my own views on anyone, I support women in all their various choices. I am a qualified Breastfeeding Peer Supporter and am always happy to assist with any questions regarding any aspect of pregnancy, birthing, breastfeeding and so on. I had all three of my children at home in our own little birthing pool using homeopathy and Hypnobirthing to support me. I am very pro women’s choice for all aspects – Your body, your baby, your choices! When I’m not working I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our three lovely children, one of our favourite activities is walking our dog, Saffy, at Hestercombe Gardens, or on the surrounding hills. I also enjoy a Kundalini Yoga class each week with Shivdev Kaur and a Kayaking, Canoeing or Stand-Up Paddleboarding session with TASCC (Taunton Adventurous Sport Canoe Club) so I have time as just ‘Cathy’ rather than ‘Mum’ or ‘Therapist’!

It all began in June 2012, when a team of parents-enthusiasts set up a Russian speaking parent and toddler group, called “Solnyshko" (loosely translated as “Sunshine”). The aim of this group was to create a Russian speaking environment for their young children and help them in learning the Russian language. The parent and toddler group is aimed at children from 1 to 3 years and operates all year around, excluding school holidays. The sessions include the staples of singing, dancing, nursery rhymes, puppet shows, crafts and sensory activities for the younger ones, as well as themed sessions aimed at expanding vocabulary of a particular topic of the week, basic numeracy and knowledge of the alphabet. Following growing demand and in response to a number of requests, the Committee decided to open a Saturday school for teaching Russian language to older children in more depth. Thus, in September 2013 Warrington Russian Language School “Solnyshko” opened its doors to older children. The opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Warrington and accompanying dignitaries. "Solnyshko" has been expanding ever since and currently offers classes to children aged from 3 and 16 years. Classes are organised according to age and knowledge of the Russian language. The curriculum includes lessons of Russian language and literature, expanding vocabulary and music, preparing for Russian language GCSE exam. Our goal - creation of friendly Russian-speaking environment for children, helping them to learn the language, make friends and have fun. We are truly an international school, we unite people from different backgrounds and ethnic groups. The school holds regular “open lessons” and special children performances involving the school’s pupils, where parents have the opportunity to observe the development and success of their children. The Committee and school staff are tirelessly working on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the school, which is important not only for children, but also helps adults to develop and maintain social ties and support each other. The school has a system of seeking parents feedback - in addition to regular parent surveys through written questionnaires, parents are invited to write their comments and suggestions and drop them in the “suggestion box”, located next to the entrance. They are also encouraged to ask questions or make suggestions at any time. The Committee is always glad to welcome new volunteers, who wish to join the management of the school. All school staff are DBS is checked. School teachers have appropriate pedagogical education and experience of working with children. Classes are held each Saturday from 9.30 to 11:50. From 12:00 a selection of clubs start. "Solnyshko" is a not-for-profit organisation, registered with Warrington Borough Council. Families, who have two or more children attending "Solnyshko" are eligible to discounts. Anyone, who is struggling to pay school fees, is encouraged to talk to the school’s Committee, where arrangements could be considered. *** Given the momentum and public support Warrington Russian Language School has received during its temporary closure on 12th of March 2022, we work closely with Warrington Borough Council on two matters: 1. On preventing bullying of kids with links to Russia or Russian language at this difficult time. 2. Working together helping Ukrainian refugees to quickly and successfully integrate into the community by providing translation/interpreting, advice and free lessons in our language school (English, Russian and Ukrainian), as well as access to art/painting, craft, music band, football and other activities in Russian language (as you know, most people in Ukraine can speak Russian language). We have a small database of local people (as well as our own teachers) willing to give their free time to teach various subjects and translate as necessary for the Ukrainian refugees. We also work closely with the community and can propose and host "tea and advice" meet up events in various locations. The temporary closure of our classes on 12th of March was very tough for everyone at Russian Language School "Solnyshko" (parents, pupils, teachers). We were so glad, however, to receive such overwhelming support from local community and happy it's behind us now. We look forward to even closer links to the wider community, St Wilfrids Primary School and Warrington Borough Council.

A brief description of who we are, who we aim to be and some guiding principles. In short, we want to be the service we could've done with as teens. We are a collective, this means if you want to get involved with us but feel something below needs to change, we can discuss that. Contact us We are a UK-Based collective made up of LGBT+ Travellers working to provide support, representation and a platform for LGBT+ Travellers. Our focus is both on local action/solidarity and gaining wider recognition for issues faced by those of us in this particular intersection. “Travellers” is used as inclusively as possible. There is enough commonality of experience and discrimination to make this inter-group solidarity important. We still recognise the differences between the groups but believe there is enough shared experience, including discriminations, to make us effective allies for one another and to mean we’re often fighting the exact same battle. We operate on a self-identification policy rather than relying on ethically dubious ideas of racial purity. There is no hierarchy of settled vs nomadic, but we do acknowledge the different issues that can occur as a nomadic/peripatetic Traveller vs a settled one (and again, the difference between settled on sites vs settled in housing). Traveller in this context can mean Romany Gypsies, Welsh Kale, Irish Travellers, Scottish Travellers, New Travellers, Van Dwellers, Boaters, Bargee, Showmen, Circus People. Anyone who positively (but not necessarily publically) identifies as LGBT+ and a Traveller is welcome. We are a loose collective rather than a codified charity because we feel this makes it easier to respond quickly, without as much red tape. Despite this, we want to operate as transparently as possible. To this end: We have meetings at least quarterly, minutes are available to whoever requests them unless we have good reason to believe the request is vexatious or malicious. We do have a bank account & paypal, our finances can be looked at and explained upon request unless we have good reason to believe the request is vexatious or malicious. We welcome scrutiny and will attempt to be transparent when questions are asked of us unless we have good reason to believe the request is vexatious or malicious or if it would infringe on an individual's privacy. We reject the stereotyped oversimplifications of “Travellers are Homophobic/Transphobic”. It can be difficult to come from some more traditional backgrounds among Travellers but there is enough variation within the groups to make this meaningless. We don’t exist because Travellers are bad people, we exist because there’s currently not a space for us at all. This is more because until recently Traveller activism has been focussed on the essentials of survival (a place to stay, access to sanitation) or very base human demands (education etc.) and it is only now that we have wanted to shine light on the diversity within our communities. Equally, we reject the stereotyped oversimplifications of “LGBT+ people are anti-Traveller”. This can be the case, but is not the rule. We aim to provide regular space for our community to meet, network and build links of solidarity. We want to represent LGBT+ Issues in Traveller spaces and Traveller issues in LGBT+ Spaces. Given our particularly inclusive definition of Traveller, we also aim to shine a light on the communities that have been often overlooked by mainstream Traveller activism or Traveller charities. Decisions are made either at our meetings or by consulting with the general steering group “Pridesters”- You may request to join this. We value inter-group solidarity. This looks like actively welcoming collaborations with others and actively challenging prejudice when we find it, regardless of it impacting us. In terms of direct help: we offer outreach phone calls to offer advice and combat isolation, a solidarity fund and logistic help with leaving difficult situations. We have access to a network of Traveller-friendly safehouses (which we’re looking to build upon) to get you safe if needs be.

"Photography is a tool to give voice to the voiceless and to give light to shadows within ourselves and in society“ Hello, my name is Gianpietro Pucciariello and I am an Italian visual storyteller and participatory facilitator based in London. My main work focuses on pushing the boundaries between social impact, dialogue and human conditions. This means that I work following ethical conduct to bring dignity and hope to people's faces and lives. Through my work, I want to celebrate, using empathy, respect but also playfulness, the beauty of the human soul along with its daily struggles and vulnerabilities. I use photography as a medium and a tool to give a voice to marginalised communities and organisations that want to address social and environmental issues in the places they operate by telling stories that mainstream media formats do not often tell, to encourage critical consciousness and influence policy. To do this I usually combine four themes, 1) Human beings, 2) places, 3) food 4) actions for impact, and five elements 1) focused questions, 2) metaphors, 3) storytelling, 4) Participation 5) Action-Driven Challenges. I grew up in the Lake Como area, where I got used to beauty already at an early age, in a family that, despite not being particularly affluent, provided me with a rich and safe place for growing my never-ending curiosity and learning, the value of an authentic soul, and the fundamental importance of social justice. I was lucky enough to have my mother, a kindergarten teacher, leading me by example with playfulness, self-expression and empathy and my father, working for the Italian railways, sustaining my development with strict rules and pushing my need for achievements, but always supporting my learnings with travels and books. I grew up as a really serious and introverted child - many people wouldn't believe so, as I developed more into a shy extroverted character through the years - with a huge inner world and having difficulties expanding outside in words. This is how I first discovered art and particularly photography. What I liked about taking pictures was mainly the idea of using an organic process for self-expression and for absorbing, summarising, explaining and creating knowledge around the social and environmental causes I cared for, and I was involved in since my teenage years. My need for expression became even more evident when my father was diagnosed with a rare neurodegenerative disease in 2003, after 5 years of unusual emotional outbursts, apathy and depression, tremors and personality changes. I put myself more and more on the front line of volunteering in the communities I was part of, and I focus my University Studies on the social sector and welfare, but at the same time, it became even more difficult for me to communicate my inner feelings on the outside. Despite this difficulty, I'm glad I took Economics as a Major subject. This gave me the chance to reflect and work deeply on human behaviour, motivational science, mental models of choice and root causes of oppression. Though, Economics gave me fewer opportunities to express my artistic side. I moved to London in my late twenties, and after a few years, I got stuck between a career I felt detached from, and together with my family situation, I got into a period of severe anxiety and inner chaos. One evening in October 2012 thought, returning from work, I found a leaflet about a course in photojournalism with the City & Guild in Tower Hamlets. That's how my journey in photography restarted. With and through photography, I restarted again to explore in deep the world around me, the condition of human beings and the causes I cared about. Even more important, I rediscovered myself, and my artistic skills, and boosted my self-confidence. Without rediscovering photography I wouldn't have gone back to practice facilitation and I wouldn't discover and loved other practices I work with right now, like coaching, social impact and innovation consulting. Without photography, I would have never become an entrepreneur and I wouldn't have nurtured other creative skills, like sketch noting & doodling. Photography helped me meet inspiring human beings that became friends, mentors, and some of the most important people in my life. That night in 2012 I drew a line in my life with a simple decision. I strongly believe that photography is one of the best ways we have to discover ourselves and the world around us, focusing on the present moment, one shot at a time. This is why I want to support you in using photography differently.

Coaching partnerships are usually more short term than mentoring relationships, as they are usually objective driven and more structured. Someone may seek out a coach to help them develop a specific skill or work through a particular limiting belief. The coaching could well end once that skill or objective had been acquired. A coach can help increase your self-awareness: identifying areas for improvement, and challenging assumptions that may be preventing you achieve your goals. Coaching is often used for the development of leadership skills, where they may train you in the art of questioning to equip you to manage others better or identifying limiting beliefs in yourself. We may periodically update these terms and conditions. Your continued use of this site will constitute your acceptance of any new or amended terms and conditions. 1. DEFINITIONS “Account” means access to the Service. “Agreement” means these customer Terms of Service and all materials referenced or linked. “Data” means all information that Customer adds or views on the log. “Documentation” means online user guides, documentation and help and training materials published by Controlled Events or accessible through the Service, as may be updated by Controlled Events from time to time. “Service” means our cloud-based application you have subscribed to and developed, operated and maintained by us. “Site” means www.controlledevents.com/log – known as ECR Manager “Third-Party Sites” means third-party websites linked from within the Service. “Users” means your employees, representatives, consultants, contractors or agents who are authorized to use the Service for your benefit and have unique user identifications and passwords for the Service. “You”, “your” or “Customer” means the person or entity using the Service and identified in the applicable registration process, billing statement, online subscription process or Order Form as the customer. 2. WHO WE ARE 2.1. www.controlledevents.com/log and the Controlled Events Service are provided by RW Consulting Solutions Limited (RWCS), a registered private limited company in England and Wales, which has its registered office at New Burlington House, 1075 Finchley Road, London NW11 0PU with Company Registration Number: 7493058 (collectively, “we”, “us”, “Controlled Events”). 3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE 3.1. The Service gathers and transfers log data to a cloud based system which is provided by a User of the Service. Customer who successfully subscribes will be given an Account to have its Data relating to an event, exercise or incident visualized, analyzed and stored. 3.2. Details of the Client’s service level (one off, retained, 24/7) and associated charges are provided at the point of purchase; any additional terms or conditions contained on those pages are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. 3.3. Additional functionality and services may be offered or provided by us from time to time and these will be described on the Site. 4. STORAGE SPACE AND USAGE LIMITS 4.1. Customer can upload a certain volume of log and document data, dependent on the Service level selected, which is referred to as the “Usage Limit.” Project admins can manage their Account by archiving logs no longer needed. 4.2. An email alert or alternative notification by Controlled Events will be provided when Customer is near or over its Usage Limit. 5. OUR CLOUD-BASED SOLUTION 5.1. Controlled Events will maintain commercially appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect Data. Controlled Events hosts and stores data on Amazon Web Services’ cloud platform and on other cloud platforms as necessary. The level of security provided in Amazon’s cloud platform is described in more detail on http://aws.amazon.com/security/. Our Data Protection and Cyber Security Manual is available upon request. 5.2. Controlled Events provides you with the option to encrypt the transmission of your Data. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to encrypt the transmission of your Data should you wish to protect it. In the event you decide to transmit your Data unencrypted to the Service, You assume all related risks for doing so. Controlled Events will not be liable for any liabilities arising from your transmission of Data over the Internet or other network. 6. REGISTRATION 6.1. Upon registering for the Service, Users will have a username, password and email address associated with their account for password resets, which is Customer’s and its Users’ responsibility to keep secure and may not be shared with any other party. Customer agrees to immediately notify Controlled Events of any unauthorized use or any other breach of security or breach of this Agreement of which the Customer becomes aware. Controlled Events will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Customer’s failure to maintain proper security of its account or for unauthorized access to the Service. 7. CHARGES AND PAYMENT 7.1. Fees. The Service is made available to Customer at the price indicated in the accepted quotation. Fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable during the Term. Controlled Events reserves the right to change its price list and to institute new charges at any time, upon notice to You, which may be sent by email or posted on the Site. Your use of the Services following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or increased charges. Additional Charges may apply for additional services requested by Customer such as supporting data analysis of logs and usage or the transfer of data after closing the Account. Customer will be notified of services requiring additional Charges which have not been previously agreed upon before any such additional Charge will be applied. 7.2. Payment for Subscriptions is required to be paid in full at the beginning of each billing period by BACS transfer. If Controlled Events extends credit to Customer, all Charges must be paid within 30 days of issue of invoice. Payment of Charges for metered billing is required at the end of each month by credit or debit card and is based on the volume of Data uploaded and stored during the month. 7.3. In addition to the Charges, Customer must pay to Controlled Events, or to the relevant taxing authority, as appropriate, all applicable sales, use, goods and services, value added or other taxes payable under this Agreement (other than taxes levied or imposed on our income). In all cases, the amounts due under this Agreement will be paid by Customer to us in full without any right of set-off or deduction. 8. TRIAL ACCOUNTS 8.1. Customers who are provided with a free or trial Controlled Events Account or who are otherwise provided with any other promotional Controlled Events Service(s) for which they have not paid a Charge acknowledge and agree that such services are provided “as is” and so, to the fullest extent permitted by law, those services are provided without any warranties or representations whatsoever and the Customer agrees to avail of such services entirely at its own risk. 9. TERM AND TERMINATION 9.1. The subscription term shall begin on the effective date of your subscription and expire at the end of the period selected during the subscription process (“Subscription Term”). 9.2 The Subscription and Agreement will automatically renew at the published rates on a monthly, annual or otherwise mutually agreed upon period of time, unless one party notifies the other party in writing of its intent not to renew at least thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of the Subscription Term. 9.3 Customer may terminate the Service at any time, however, fees are non-refundable except in the event of Controlled Events’ incured material breach as set forth below. 9.4. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, effective immediately, upon written notice to the other party, if such other party: (i) breaches any of its material obligations hereunder and fails to cure such breach within thirty (30) days of written notice thereof; (ii) becomes insolvent or has a receiver, administrator, liquidator or examiner appointed over all or part of its assets or (iii) becomes the subject of a resolution, petition or order for winding up or bankruptcy. We may terminate this Agreement if, at any time, we cease providing the Service. 9.5. On termination or expiry of this Agreement for any reason, Customer will remain liable to Controlled Events for any outstanding Charges owed, Customer’s rights under this Agreement will immediately terminate, You will lose all access to the Service, including access to Your account and to Your content, and We will delete Your content and the data stored in or as part of Your account. 9.6. Without limitation of the foregoing, we may suspend or terminate the Service without notice if Customer shall fail to pay any amounts when due, if the Services are used for other purposes including but not limited to tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of Controlled Events Services, if the Services are used in a manner contrary to the law or the terms of this Agreement or if Controlled Events experiences unexpected technical or security issues. 9.7. Customer shall provide notice of termination of the Service to Controlled Events at support@controlledevent.com 10. ACCEPTABLE USAGE POLICY 10.1. The Controlled Events Acceptable Usage Policy prohibits the processing of data which are deemed by us in our sole discretion as being inappropriate or unlawful. We aim to ensure that we are not associated with any website content (including linked content) which is illegal, fraudulent, offensive, embarrassing, sexually explicit, obscene, threatening, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate. We prohibit the processing of data using the Service where the processing would breach the laws or rights of third parties and the Customer represents, warrants and undertakes to us that no such transactions will be processed via the Services. 10.2. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Controlled Events’ liability to customer for any direct damages, losses, expenses and causes of action (whether in contract or tort) arising from or relating to the service (for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action) will at all times be limited to the amount you paid Controlled Events in the three (3) months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. 12.5. You expressly understand and agree that Controlled Events (including its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Controlled Events has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 14.1. Customers own their own log data. 14.2. Subject to this Agreement, Controlled Events grants Customer a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service and the material displayed thereon. However, no right, title, or interest in any such materials will be granted or transferred to you as a result of any permitted use of such materials. 14.3. Customer hereby grants Controlled Events a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license: (a) to process and use their data for the purposes of delivering the Service to Customer; (b) to access the client’s project internally within Controlled Events for the purposes of improving, developing and marketing the Service; and (c) to disclose anonymized and/or aggregated versions of log data to third parties in connection with the development, improvement and marketing of the Service, provided that such anonymized or aggregated log data shall not identify Customer. This license continues after the termination of this Agreement. Controlled Events’ rights under the license in this Section may be exercised by Controlled Events’ officers and employees and by contractors engaged to provide services to Controlled Events. 14.4. All materials incorporated in or accessible through the Site or the Service, including, without limitation, text, photographs, images, graphics, illustrations, trademarks, service marks, logos, button icons, audio clips, video clips, software, and other content, and the compilation, collection, arrangement, and assembly thereof (including the look and feel of the Site and the Service), are protected by applicable national and international trademark and copyright laws, and are owned, controlled or licensed by Controlled Events, or by the original creators of such materials or their permitted licensors. Customer may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services or any software supplied in connection with the Services, nor may Customer reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless laws prohibit those restrictions or you have our written permission. To the extent that the Customer is provided with access to open source software in the course of receiving or using the Service, Customer shall be responsible for complying with the open source license associated with that open source software. 14.6. Except as expressly set forth herein, Controlled Events alone (and its licensors, where applicable) will retain all intellectual property rights relating to the Service or the Software or any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by you or any other party relating to the Service and/or the Software, which are hereby assigned by You. Customer will not copy, distribute, reproduce or use any of the foregoing except as expressly permitted under this Agreement. 15. CONFIDENTIALITY 15.1. Each party (the “Receiving Party”) understands that the other party (the “Disclosing Party”) has disclosed or may disclose information relating to the Disclosing Party’s technology or business (hereinafter referred to as “Proprietary Information” of the Disclosing Party). The Receiving Party agrees: (i) not to divulge to any third person (except as set forth below) any such Proprietary Information, (ii) to give access to such Proprietary Information solely to those employees and third parties with a need to have access thereto for purposes of this Agreement, and (iii) to take the same security precautions to protect against disclosure or unauthorized use of such Proprietary Information that the party takes with its own proprietary information, but in no event will a party apply less than reasonable precautions to protect such Proprietary Information. 15.2. Both Parties will have the right to disclose the existence but not the terms and conditions of this Agreement, unless such disclosure is approved in writing by both Parties prior to such disclosure, or is included in a filing required to be made by a Party with a governmental authority (provided such party will use reasonable efforts to obtain confidential treatment or a protective order) or is made on a confidential basis as reasonably necessary to potential investors or acquirers. 16. INDEMNIFICATION 16.1. Customer shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Controlled Events and each of its, and its affiliates, employees, contractors, directors, suppliers and representatives, from and against any liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your Data, or Customer’s actions in connection with any unauthorised use of the Service, including any claim that such actions violate any applicable law or third party right. 16.2. Controlled Events will notify Customer in writing thirty (30) days of becoming aware of any such claim; give you sole control of the defence or settlement of such a claim; and provide you, at your expense, with any and all information and assistance reasonably requested by you to handle the defence or settlement of the claim. Customer shall not accept any settlement that (i) imposes an obligation on us; (ii) requires us to make an admission; or (iii) imposes liability not covered by these indemnifications or places restrictions on us without prior written consent. 17. CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY 17.1 You are solely responsible for a) Your content and Data (meaning Content You post or otherwise submit to the Site or Service), b) the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your content and of Your submissions, c) the means by which You acquired Your content, including ensuring that Your content and Your submissions do not infringe upon or violate the rights of any person, d) claims relating to Your content and Your submissions, and e) responding to any person claiming Your content and/or Your submissions violate such persons rights, including notices pursuant to the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations. 18. Controlled Events may assign this Agreement to any purchaser of, or successor in interest to, the Controlled Events business. 18.5 Except for failure to make payments when due, neither party shall be liable to the other by reason of any failure in performance of this Agreement by either party if the failure arises out of any cause beyond the reasonable control of that party, including, but not limited to, the unavailability or faulty performance of communication networks or energy sources, any act of God, any act or omission of governmental or other competent authority, fires, strikes, industrial dispute, riots, war, inability to obtain materials, embargo, refusal of license, theft, destruction, denial of service (DoS) attacks, unauthorized access to computer systems or records, programs, equipment, data, or services. 18.6. You grant us the right to add your name and company logo to our customer list and website. 18.7. This Agreement represents the entirety of the understanding of the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and overrides and supersedes all prior promises, representations, undertakings, understandings, arrangements, agreements, side letters or heads of agreement concerning the same which are hereby revoked by mutual consent of the parties.
