My interest in Yoga and Ayurveda began from a young age and was inspired by rituals, ceremonies and ancient Indian approaches to health and healing observed through family customs and traditions. My mother has been an important role model. She is indeed my first healer and teacher. At first, it was my curiosity of this mystical healing art that led me to read and study more. In my teens, I started attending yoga classes with a well rounded practice of asana, pranayama, rest and meditation. Through living and learning Yoga and Ayurveda, I cultivate such precious awareness of mySelf and life around me. Whilst I continue to learn and grow on my own spiritual journey, I delight in sharing what I learn, gain and receive with others. Nowadays, I passionately integrate the two systems of Yoga and Ayurveda and other holistic health modalities to share therapeutic teachings and practices for groups and individuals to meet different health goals, restore balance and regain vitality. At the same time, I pass on my 20 years of experience in seminars and training courses. As the head and initiator, I have been leading the Institute for Health and Consciousness for 15 years. In addition to the diverse activities in my practice, I give seminars and fasting courses at home and abroad and train in various areas. I have been practicing meditation, qi gong, yoga and ways of conscious living for more than twenty-five years. As an expert in alternative medicine and energy work, I am always researching and teaching what I am from the bottom of my heart. Organisation and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC™) is an innovative and powerful coaching model based on Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI™). A ‘relationship system’ is any interdependent group of people, sharing a common identity or function. We are all part of many different systems. In our organisations, our teams, our families, our intimate relationships and the wider society. Everything is interconnected. If something changes in one area of a system, it will have effects in places that often we won’t expect. ORSC is a methodology that combines ‘systems thinking’ with coaching. By becoming an ORSC practitioner, you will become aware of your own impact on the bigger picture and be able to consciously design your relationships. You will learn an invaluable set of tools to coach others to do the same. The Five Modules of ORSC All ORSC journeys begin with either the Fundamentals or ORS@Work module. Both introductory courses are based on the same set of skills and principles. Fundamentals is geared more toward personal coaching, therapy, or social work applications. ORS@Work is designed specifically with HR, OD, LD, business coaching or consulting in mind. Fundamentals or ORS@Work— teaches five key ORSC tools, including how to coach the Third Entity. Intelligence— provides a robust toolkit for increasing emotional resilience in the face of change. Geography — explores how to recognise and nurture the structures of relationships. Path — explores how to create a shared vision and a strategic plan for achieving it. Systems Integration— brings all the pieces together and provides a learning space to hone skills to work towards mastery. The subsequent four courses in the series must be studied in sequential order, as content layers and builds with each module. On completion of the five modules, students may choose to pursue ORSC certification. Whatever work we do, we are always in relationship. Through ORSC training we learn the concepts, skills and tools to be more effective with others. A ‘relationship system’ is any interdependent group of people, sharing a common identity or function. Psychologists might refer to a ‘collective consciousness’. Business consultants might talk about a ‘corporate culture’. Therapists would likely address ‘family dynamics’. All are ways of referring to what we call the Third Entity.

Susie is extremely intuitive and sensitive to the work needed with each client she works with. As a highly evolved soul, Susie has spent many years studying various therapies and treatments working on herself. Taking the viewpoint that in becoming the best at what she can be, first she must clear, heal, release old energies/beliefs from herself – using many styles of reiki, theta healing, sound healing, past life regression, future life and lives between lives…….all playing a huge part in allowing the release of personal fears, abandonment and self judgement. Then she met and worked with an incredible group of light workers, Zac and The Collective – through this meeting of souls and beings Susie’s energy and soul has transcended through dimensions, allowing a blending and uniting of higher energies, from cosmic beings, stars, ascended masters, angels and goddesses. This all now flows through her soul and is channelled as sound through her voice. More recently Susie’s energy has shifted to new frequencies to access and download light codes and light language, this has transformed her channeling allowing access to different dimensions and beings. We are all beings of light, within our light bodies we are coded to our reality and also the dimensions beyond, the light codes that Susie channels will change your light body bringing you into alignment with the new earth and consciousness that we are collectively birthing.

Breathing techniques and mindfulness are really difficult for a lot of people on the spectrum. By working directly with the body, we avoid the stress of having to use the ‘top down’ approaches of more traditional therapies. Showing people how to work directly to calm the body can be much more efficient. When you learn how to be in a calm state and how your eyes, ears, face, voice and thinking can come back ‘on line’, you feel like yourself again. When you consistently teach your body to be in this state, you improve your vagal tone – your ability to deal with stress. Moving between the needs of person and process, we seek an equilibrium between action and spaces of rest and calm. We are not simply checking into a meditative state. We are continually watching, listening and moving the body into deeper states of active stillness, continually developing consciousness and mastery of this state. When I was employed by our sister company Reach Alternative Education, we were moved daily by seeing our families clearly needing support and guidance with various situations and circumstances. Although we were able to do this to a point our social consciousness knew that this was not enough. This troubled us greatly, so we set about researching what was missing from our local communities and how we could bridge that gap. We realised we could create a response to address the imbalance that would add to the already vital services out there; whilst making sure that what we offered was completely accessible particularly for our families who never quite met thresholds with statutory or specialist services elsewhere. After much careful consideration Reach Out (SW) CiC was born as a not for profit community interest company. We hadn’t of course anticipated all things Covid-19 so our pilot and launch are commencing slightly later than scheduled as we do our utmost to accommodate best practice in line with ever-changing guidelines from the government. We are very fortunate to have complete support from Reach Alternative Education along with our directors and Advisory Group. We believe we have a format that is responsive to the ever-changing need of environments. We endeavour to supply practical support, guidance and enterprising opportunities to our local families that chose to access it. We launch our pilot in late September 2020 with the aim of obtaining enough grant support and donations to make the provision available to fully launch our Not for Profit Community Interest Company in late March 2021.
