Get together with friends and family and learn the art of building a beautiful hand-tied bouquet of the best seasonal flowers. Mix a gorgeous selection of flowers, fillers and foliage using the 'spiralling' technique used by the pros to make your bouquet and gain lots of flower hacks, tips and tricks along the way. We finish by tying, wrapping and presenting and you'll leave with your floral creation to enjoy at home and the ability to do it all again.

Learn how to create your own one of a kind beach themed picture frame! In the class you will learn the basics of how to work with resin, how to add glass, how to add your sea glass stones, and how to let it dry. This is a fun project for adults. A great beginner friendly class for anyone who is interested in learning how to work with resin. This glass resin picture frame would make a great gift or a fun decoration for your room. This is an excellent introduction to stone setting for those who have always wished to learn to set stones. For those with some experience, you can create a more detailed ring which explores textures and more advanced design techniques. Some stones might not be suitable due to size or shape, so please be aware if you do bring along your own stones, it might not be suitable for the setting technique but we will advise you on the day. Stones shouldn’t be smaller than 8-10mm for those new to setting as they can be hard to work with and is it harder to see the processes involved in setting. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: None, all abilities are welcomed. We support you throughout the session and provide demonstrations to show you the techniques and steps needed to create your project. We have handouts for many demonstrations, but there are always many tips and tricks given verbally by the tutor, which some might like to keep note of. Also pack your own lunch, snacks and drinks for the session. In this unique course with tutor Sarah Reece you will learn how to cut two shapes of stones: The first will be a free form shape with a flat edges as shown in the images. The second the focus will be how to create a traditional cabochon. This stone will be have a flat base with a rounded top. This will be cut from rough stone which you can each select from Sarahs beautiful collection. You can decide the shape and size and which part of the stone you wish to use. The class size is limited to just 1 student. So you do not breathe in harmful rock dust during the process, you will be cutting the stone while it is in water. With this in mind, please wear older clothes, and waterproof shoes – wellies are advised as it is not a clean or dry activity. Water sprays from the rotating wheels as you are working. We will provide you with a waterproof apron. This course is an excellent introduction to stone cutting. It allows you to step into the world of Lapidary where you can cut and create any shaped stone you desire, you won’t be beholden to the shop bought stone. This means your projects and settings can become completely unique as per your designs. You will be working with a Cab King 6″ and the Diamond Pacific Pixie Cabbing Machine. What’s included in a 60 minute virtual Gift Wrapping Class You’ll learn the essentials of gift wrapping including as listed in the package you choose.   2. How much is a 60 minute 1-2-1 virtual class? Depending on the package you choose, prices start at £67. 3. How do I book a date for my class? Once payment is received, I will send you an email confirming your payment and a link to book your class 4. Are materials provided? No, materials are not provided. I will send you a list of what you need at least 2 weeks ahead of the class (or once the date is confirmed if less than 2 weeks until the class) 5. What is the difference between an in person & a virtual class? At a 60 minute virtual class you will get 1-2-1 tuition on the techniques which I cannot guarantee you’d get at a group in person class (although I always try to do my best). In person classes usually last a full day and include lunch/refreshments which is not included with a virtual class. 6. Can I change the date/time of my class? There are no exclusions to suitability 10. What kind of results can I expect if I join a class? That all depends on you and if you’re prepared to go away and practice/use the skills you have learned in the class.

Due to ongoing Health and Safety precautions we are limiting class sizes to 8 people, for all of our sessions, for the time being. PPE (face shields, gloves and aprons) and hand sanitiser will be available for all of our workshops. Tea and coffee making facilities will be available but you are also welcome to bring your own refreshments or pop to one of our local cafes or bakeries.
