We are passing through interesting times. This is a dimension (one of countless many) where personal and spiritual growth happens through an interplay of dark and light forces. ‘Light’ is an evolutionary force that reconnects us to our divinity, higher frequencies of light and our true multidimensional nature. ‘Dark’ is an anti-evolutionary force that seeks to keep us in separation and locked within a lower density. This is how the game of spiritual growth has been played out within this 3D density dimension. This is all about to change in the coming years. We are coming to the end of a period of great spiritual darkness on the earth. In this period between 1987 and 2030 a great shift of consciousness has been initiated. We are moving rapidly towards a 5D paradigm of existence where the old game of dark and light will no longer play out in the same painful way. The challenge for lightworkers is one of spiritual hygiene and clearing out karmic patterns that can be released to the light. Now is a time of ascension, both for the planet itself and many millions of souls on the planet. Not everyone has chosen this path and many will continue their spiritual growth elsewhere. There are many starseeds on the planet who are waking up to their mission here. In this dense dimension it has been very difficult to maintain a high consciousness. This is because the underlying energetic structures of the earth have not supported it. This has been changing over the past decades as a new high frequency grid has been established on the earth. Many star races have contributed to this new grid, in particular the Arcturians, Pleaidians and Sirians are very active in this regard. The LSMW is an educational centre based in the UK that offers teaching in philosophy, spirituality and wellbeing in the light of the sacred traditions of the East and West.Founded in 2018, the London School of Mindfulness & Wellbeing (LSMW) is an educational research centre for physical, psychological, spiritual and planetary wellbeing. Our dedicated tutors are devoted to providing the most direct encounter possible with the teachings themselves, enabling students to learn from, and not merely about, spirituality, morality and wellbeing with insights from the most profound thinkers and spiritual figures the world has ever known. There are three core strands to our work: i) Short courses and retreats focusing on the Hindu concept of hita (our overall wellbeing). Rachel makes quiet works that evoke a presence or memory of a place or experience. Her areas of practice are influenced by sound, perception and time and how this is expressed visually and sonically. She works with a diverse range of mediums using painting, sound, film & historic photographic processes. Through creating work she intends to harness meaning and resonance which in turn invites the viewer to make their own connection to it. A UK based artist, she trained in both design and fine art at Manchester and Leeds Arts Universities. This multi disciplinary approach provides a lens through which to view and reflect upon themes of consciousness and being and how these reflections can be expressed visually and sonically. She has collaborated with organisations such as The National Trust and her work is held in private collections in the UK, USA and Australia.

It is a science of the body and mind that help us understand the inner workings of physical and non-physical which are referred to as follows: physical (5 senses) and mind or consciousness, the realm of pure thought (6th sense). Yoga, as we know it and practice these days, was formed by an Indian seer Patanjali, who shaped it in what is known today as 8 limbs of yoga, which asana is just part of it. To be exact it is 3rdlimb, and it is a stepping stone on a spiritual path of Self-realisation, Enlightenment or attaining Samadhi, that is the Union with all that is; physical (surface) and non-physical (depth) of existence in each moment of unfoldment.

In the beginning ‍From our very first periods our deep instinctual selves ‘knew’ something significant was at work but we had no language to name it. Mainstream consciousness distracted us with the message to keep quiet about the fact of the cycle and menstruation itself and we were both temporarily seduced by the apparent liberation of hormonal contraception. Thankfully our deep instinctual knowing broke through that illusion and each in our own ways found fertility awareness in our 20s, the first conscious step of awakening into the power of menstruality. ‍ From pain to power ‍At thirty one Alexandra was seized by the most outrageous menstrual pain that was to return for 3-4 days each menstrual month. In an attempt to heal her body she decided to give space to menstruation whenever she could and feel into the pain rather than take drugs. It was profoundly challenging but in the wake of that pain came revelation and importantly healing. Her perception of menstruation radically altered she began sharing with other women in workshops and her psychotherapy practice what she was discovering about the psychological and spiritual forces of the female body. The more she taught the more she learnt. Women’s stories held the gold. When she stopped to listen, to follow the natural impulse of the cycle, it was as though a whole new world, a new cosmology revealed itself. The feminine cosmology, the power of menstruality. ‍ A high definition life ‍When Sjanie came off hormonal contraception her feeling life exploded into glorious technicolour. She came alive in ways she had not known before, as though she were tasting herself for the first time. From that day forth her fascination for the cycle grew and grew and lead her to study hypnotherapy and psychotherapy, and to develop an expertise in the area of fertility with women who are struggling to conceive. As the mother of two young girls she brings the menstruality consciousness to bear on the realities of child rearing, relationship and running a business.
